Scrapbookers in Greece June!

Το ξέρω είμαι από τους χειρότερους blogger που υπάρχουν...Αλλά έχω καλές δικαιολογίες..Μία τα γενέθλια της Φωτεινής και όλες οι ετοιμασίες που είχα να κάνω,μία ο υπολογιστής μου ο οποίος τους τελευταίους μήνες παίζει με την υπομονή μου...Πέρασε ο καιρός.Θα επανορθώσω όμως αγαπημένο μου blog!

Στα δικά μας τώρα πριν μερικές μέρες ανέβηκε η καινούρια πρόκληση των Scrapbookers in Greece!Η Κατερίνα για μία ακόμη φορά είχε μία καταπληκτική ιδέα.Να δημιουργήσουμε μία σύνθεση με την αγαπημένη  μας συνήθεια.Μου άρεσε πάρα πολύ γιατί ήταν από τα πράγματα τα οποία δεν είχα σκραπάρει.

Η δεύτερη αγαπημένη μου ασχολία είναι το πλέξιμο με βελονάκι.Είναι το αγχολυτικό μου.Και η μεγάλη μου αδυναμία είναι οι κουβέρτες.Λατρεύω τις κουβέρτες πλεγμένες με βελονάκι.Και όσες ασχολείστε ξέρετε τι υπομονή χρειάζεται!

Δεν είναι πολύ ωραίο θέμα?
Και όπως πολύ εύστοχα αναφέρει η Κατερίνα,αυτό είναι το scrapbooking να καταγράφουμε την καθημερινότητα μας!
Το βατραχάκι των Scrapbookers in Greece θα παραμείνει ανοιχτό μέχρι τις 15 Ιουλίου!

Happiness is a day spent with you..

Just wanted to share a layout I made for LPS's Color Challenge #3.
I really liked their color palette and it was a great opportunity for me to use my April kit from Studio Calico.The colors of April's kit are not my fave so this challenge was what I needed!

And here is my take: 

Those colors were perfectly matched with my April's Studio Calico kit!

Bloom and grow!

Last night was really creative for me!!I finally had the chance to finish a mini album I started ages ago plus a layout for Efi's challenge and I started a layout for Irini's challenge!!It was really fun!So I am going to show my layout for Efi's challenge.The challenge is to make a layout using any sketch we want, using chipboard.I wanted to make something happy so I searched my stuff and found some leftovers from Basic Grey's Green At Heart Collection!I love this collection!Makes me really happy!And here is my take:

All papers and embellishments are from the same collection.The flowers are from the doilies paper,I did some fussy cutting there.Both butterflies are from collection's Chip Stickers Shapes.


For those who are interested Lena  has  a kit  at her store.

Lily Pad's Sketch Challenge!

Another Christmas card today for the Lily Pad Sketch Challenge.I really liked the sketch and since I have to do a lot of Christmas cards I thought I should give it a shot.The sketch is this:

So here is my take:

For the ornaments I have used some scraps I had from Cosmo Cricket's Mitten Weather collection.
And yes it's the Christmas tree behind the card!We have decorated 2 weeks ago!!!LOL!

Get Creative Challenge Part 2!

Last night I had the chance to do two more cards for the challenge!I wanted to do more but my mind just stopped.All you girls who live in Greece I bet you understand me!So anyway I managed to do cards for Channa's and Olga's challenges.
Channa's challenge was really fun.We had to do a card in any shape but square!How cool!!!

Next is my take on Olga's challenge.Olga wanted a card using birds!

I just found out that I am one of the winners of Lena's mini album challenge and I want to thank her for her generosity and all the girls for their great comments!

Get Creative Challenge

It's been a while since my last  post but things here in Greece are little strange and so is my mood.Anyway!Although I am working on a mini album yesterday I decided to do a little break and do some cards for the Get Creative Challenges!I really enjoyed!It is true when they say a good hobby saves you from therapy :)!And the most important I didn't watch the news so I fell asleep with a good mood!By the way all these days I've been watching your cards and may I just say wow!!I'm so glad that our hobby has so many  talented girls here in Greece!Thank you girls for all this inspiration!


The first card is for Elina's challenge! Elina challenged us to make a card with lots of layers!More than 3 and here is my take on this challenge:

The second card is for Eudokias challenge!Her challenge had many options so I chose to make a card wit cupcakes:

Third card is for Alex's challenge!All I had to do is use a cardstock with no extra layers where the image is stamped or printed directly onto the card:

And the last one is for Vicky's challenge!Vicky wanted us to do a dimensional card!

Indie Bloom mini album!

Today I'm going to share the latest mini I did with Basic Grey Indie Bloom papers.The weather here is very cold and rainy so I had the chance to scrap a little more than usual. I didn't use any photos cause I had a problem with my printer (thank god I fixed it today) and it was a little difficult for me because I always work with photos.Anyway!I used the 6x6 paper pad, the stickers from the collection which has great colors!

Curio mini album

Today I'm going to show you my Curio mini album from Basic Grey.I had these papers for so long and now that Lena  has a mini album challenge with the theme all about me/you I thought it's a good chance to use them!Basically I saw Efi's  cards with the Basic Grey card kit and I got inspired.So as you will see all about me means all about my baby!!!And I'm pretty sure that she knows that it's all about her!

   As you can see weather didn't help me with the pictures but I did my best. All the papers, embellishments,chipboard stickers are from this collection.So with this mini I'm entering Lena's  mini album challenge!
